Michael Levenson handled the sale of a small commercial property for us.  Early on when we went to list with him he promised my partner he would not give up until he had found a buyer for us.  Even during these trying economic times Michael persisted, constantly marketing and showing the property until he found a buyer and an offer for us.  He stepped up and handled multiple showings, inspections, and test requirements.  Through the entire process he showed great knowledge and true professionalism.  We would gladly work with him again if the situation arose, and cannot say enough positive about our experience.  We would highly recommend him to our friends and associates or anyone needing commercial real estate services.
